Photo a Day Challenge - Day 7: Favorite

Today, I posted a picture of the open Texas road. One of my favorite things to do is get in the car headed anywhere. I love to be the driver...being the only one awake in the middle of the night, bobbing my head to the music, singing super loud, drinking my Monster and taking wrong turns. I also love to be the passenger...curled up under a blanket, reading a book, snacking, reading the map, sleeping.

Some of my favorite memories come from road trips...to Odessa for a concert, to NM to visit my parents, to VA for a file reunion, to Austin just because, to Colorado for a music festival.

Today, I plan on making some more favorite memories. I'm in the car with my Aunt and Uncle driving to San Angelo to see my cousin and his family for the weekend. I hardly know this side of the family at all so I'm really looking forward to spending some quality time with them :)
